If you wish to return or exchange your item, contact us at love@nakedspirit.ee. Please include in the subject line: \u201cReturn\u201d in the email, include your full name, order number and delivery address. Please also let us know what is the main reason for the return.<\/p>

In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of your goods. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.<\/p>

We are not able to provide a refund for items that do not reach our office. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package.<\/p>
